Zebroski, who joined The Lions earlier in the season having been released by Plymouth Argyle, will stay with the Conference outfit for the next month and is expected to go straight into their side to face Halifax Town this evening.
"Chris is a good lad and a good pro," Donachie told the club's official site. "But he's only young and he needs games rather than just training.
"And with Ben May getting closer to fitness we thought Chris would benefit from the move. But we're certainly not pushing him out because I see a great future for him in the game."
