Morais hasn't figured in the manager's plans since his poor performance against Brighton at The Den two weeks ago and should be eager to make ammends for what has been a disappointing season for the Portugese winger so far.
But despite adding two new faces to his squad, the manager has underlined his desire to see a settled team after chopping-and-changing the line-up over the past five matches.
"What I would like to be able to do from now on is to begin to field a more settled side on a regular basis," Spackman told the club's official site. "We are starting to get players back from injury now, although Darren Byfield suffered a bit of a setback after the Gillingham game and probably won't be risked again tonight.
"We have one or two others with bumps and bruises, so I've added Filipe Morais and Samy Mawene to the squad."
The Lions take on a Southampton side currently riding high at the top of the Championship under former Millwall target George Burley.
