Millwall's search for fresh faces to boost manager Dennis Wise's squad for promotion took a new turn this week, with senior scout and former player Dave Tuttle making a trip to South Africa.
Speaking to the club's official site, Tuttle revealed that he had been on a scouting mission to check out centre forward Siyabonga Nomvete, who has had spells with Udinese and Salernitana.
Nomvete, 26, has scored seven goals in 34 appearances for South Africa and is the latest player to be linked with the club over the course of the summer.
