New signing John Sutton looks set to make his Lions debut in tomorrow's game at Gresty Road after being granted clearance to play by the FA.

Although he is unlikely to start, assistant boss Ray Wilkins has hinted that he will play some kind of role in the League match against Crewe Alexandra.

"John will definitely feature in some form on Saturday," said Wilkins.

"He has done exceptionally well this year in the Scottish First Division after departing from Spurs, and we just kept tabs on him.

"I think Raith have only scored 24 League goals this season, of which John has netted 13. We are thrilled to have him on board."
