Danny Senda has signed an extension to his short-term contract to keep him at The Den for another month.
The defender has been out of action for 17 months and missed the entire 2008/09 season and was originally released by manager Kenny Jackett at the start of the summer.
However, after pleading his case he was offered a chance to prove his worth and has come through pre-season without any side effects. Should he impress Jackett further he is expected to sign for The Lions before the season starts.
