Bas Savage has joined Tranmere Rovers on a two-year deal after Rovers boss Ronnie Moore made a formal bid for the player, informing the striker that he will be first choice at Prenton Park.
Savage, who signed a short-term deal with The Lions last season scoring twice in eleven appearances, had been linked to various clubs over the course of the summer after slipping down the pecking order at The Den.
"It all happened so quickly I didn't have time to say goodbye or to thank all the people who helped me at Millwall," he told the club's official website.
