The popular defender is now in talks with several other clubs, thought to include Scottish side Hibernian and Derby County, and will play his last game for The Lions against Manchester United in the FA Cup Final.
Ryan has had a turbulant year and was told by former manager Mark McGhee that he could leave the club earlier in the season. He fought his way back into the starting line-up under Dennis Wise but is unhappy at the one year deal that the club have offered, which is believed to have seen a reduction in wages.
