The Lions had fallen behind early in the second half but a tactical substitution by manager Kenny Jackett saw O'Hara given a free role in the middle of the park, a role that he obviously relished as everything started to go through him.
And his all-round performance was rewarded with a goal twenty minutes from team before Ali Fuseni scored his second on the spin to snatch all three points for a Millwall side desperate for a win at the bottom of the table.
Speaking after the game, manager Kenny Jackett was naturally pleased with the result.
"I felt we needed to change our approach to give the Yeovil defenders something different to deal with.
"We showed great character in the second half and we really saw the crowd's passion during that period."
As for O'Hara, his future at Tottenham is uncertain and he has expressed an interest in returning to The Den in January, should circumstances allow.
"I have loved playing for Millwall and enjoyed being a part of the club," said the midfielder. "And I'll look to come back if the situation has not changed at Spurs."
