Millwall sell training ground

Millwall Football Club have announced the sale and leaseback fo the club's Bromley training ground for £1.85 million to St. John's College, Oxford, taking on a 20-year lease in the process.

The club have only recently purchased the facility from the previous owners and former shirt sponsors Fairview Estates thanks to a £300,000 loan, which has now been repaid.

The sale is believed to have reduced financial pressure on the club.
