Garston won the election, run by the Millwall Supports Club, with 344 votes and a majority of 47 over second-placed Nick Hart.
The newest member of the club's board ran a campaign aimed at youth and the Junior Lions Scheme.
There were five candidates in all and 1155 votes were cast in total, with 32 spoilt papers returned.
