The 18-year-old striker, who netted his fifth goal of the season against Burnley last weekend, defeated the challenge of Chelsea's Lenny Pidgely by just 0.6% to win the poll.
Pidgely, who played just one game for The Lions against Birmingham City in the League Cup, also picked up seven votes in the Millwall Supporters Club official poll and was seen by many as the only option for those wishing to cast a protest vote.
Tony Craig came third with 18.5% and Ben May fourth with 13.9%, with The Lions official POTY some way off in fifth with 7.5%.
