The Scottish midfielder has signed a two-and-a-half year deal that will keep him at The Den until the summer of 2010 and is available for selection for Saturday's game, ironically against the team The Lions had to fight off for the player's signature, Port Vale.
"Millwall are a big club," he told the club's official site. "Having worked with Kenny Jackett at Manchester City, I know they will become successful with him as manager and I want to be part of that."
