The Football Association will not take any action over the small pitch invasion that followed Neil Harris' goal at The Den during the club's play-off semi final first leg at The Den against Leeds United.
Several supporters entered the field of play following Harris' winning goal 19-minutes from the end of the game with two fans appearing to confront Leeds goalkeeper Casper Ankergren after the Dane was alleged to have spat at them.
However, after receiving reports from the Metropolitan Police and the match referee the FA have dismissed the charge against Millwall of failing to control their fans after both the police confirmed that the two supporters in question were quickly arrested and charged by police and banned by the club.
"The FA has noted that two people were apprehended by stewards and arrested and charged by police," revealed an FA spokeman. "No further action from the FA is to be taken."
