Warner, who went out on loan to the Glasgow giants while with Liverpool, has attracted a lot of attention during the current transfer window after a string of superlative performances for the Lions this season. His current contract is due to expire this summer and although Millwall have offered him a new deal, the popular custodian is keen to move.
Wolves have said to have made a bid earlier this week, but this was turned down by Millwall chairman Theo Paphitis, who is looking to sell his number one goalkeeper for at least £500,000.
The Lions have already started scouting for a possible replacement and Ray Wilkins has reportedly been watching Ipswich Town's Andy Marshall.
