New boss Kenny Jackett has wasted no time in making changes at The Den with the axe falling on chief scout Pat Holland and goalkeeping coach Kevin Dearden.
The pair left the club today after Jackett made it clear that he'll be bringing his own men in.
"Naturally, coming into a new job I would like to bring in one or two of my own people," explained the new manager to the club's official site. "But there are a number of other members of staff who will be staying and I will assess the whole set-up, including staff and players, over the coming weeks and months.
"I would like to thank Pat and Kevin for all their efforts on behalf of Millwall, and I wish them the very best for the future."
Meanwhile former caretaker boss Colin West has said that he wants to remain with The Lions.
"I worked with Kenny at Watford under Graham Taylor and I know what strengths and values he will bring to the club. I'm happy to stay at the club because I am really enjoying my time here."
