Midfielder Paul Ifill stole the show as the Lions ran rampant against non-league Farnborough Town to maintain their unbeaten pre-season campaign.
The Lions, featuring a full-strength squad, opened the scoring on 11 minutes when Ifill stuck his first from a Neil Harris rebond but they had to wait until just after the break to add to their tally when Harris pounced to score his first goal in this series of friendlies.
Ifill scored his second and Millwall's third on 63 minutes before Andy Roberts put away the Lions' fourth. Ifill duly completed his hattrick eight minutes from the end and their was still time for Roberts to score his second of the afternoon with a 25-yard scorcher a minute later.
Millwall: Warner (Gueret), Lawrence, Bull (Roberts), Wise, Phillips (Ryan), Ward (Nethercott), Craig, Cahill, Harris, Ifill, Cogan (Sweeney).
