According to several sources, it has been reported that ex-manager George Graham was approached by Peter De Savary, before it was anounced that Dave Tuttle would take over from Colin Lee as manager.
Graham, who went on to manage Arsenal, Leeds and Tottenham Hotspur after leaving The Lions in the mid-80s, snubbed a move to The Den, although he is not involved in any club at the moment.
Now it appears that after turning down the manager's role, he was offered a consultancy job, which would involve helping Lee and Tuttle keep the Lions in the Championship. It looks as if Graham will dwell over this current offer during Christmas.
