Lawrence, who captained The Lions during the 2004 FA Cup Final, was told he could leave last season - if the price was right - and had been linked with a move to Hull City last summer. Now former Tigers boss Peter Taylor has renewed his interest in the player and will almost certainly make a bid if Palace sell Boyce, who has been targetted by both Wigan Athletic and Charlton.
But despite the interest from The Eagles and a number of other clubs, including Southend United and Plymouth Argyle, Shaggy has told Nigel Spackman that he is committed to helping Millwall make a swift return to The Championship.
"I have not been made aware of any formal approaches," revealed the 32-year-old. "And until that day comes, I am 100 per cent committed to Millwall.
"My approach will be highly professional, as the manager is entitled to expect. If Nigel says otherwise, I will take it from there."
