Midfielder Lloyd Dyer has left Millwall Football Club at his own request after spending less than two months at The Den.
Dyer, who joined The Lions from West Bromwich Albion during the transfer window, has officially left for personal reasons but rumours coming from behind the scenes have suggested that personal differences between player and manger were to blame for his sudden departure.
The winger is said to have been unhappy at the lack of first-team football on offer and failed to make the first-team squad for Saturday's trip to Ipswich. Tuttle's reluctance to use him seems to back-up this theory and it has been suggested that the manager has a clique of personal favourites who seem to be selected no matter what.
On-loan defender Phil Ifil is said to be another victim of this selection policy while striker Berry Powel complained about being left out of the recent victory over Luton Town for no apparent reason.
