Donachie: Keen to stregthen

Millwall boss Willie Donachie is on the prowl at least two more players as he looks to strengthen his first-team squad before the close of the transfer window at the end of the month.

Despite collecting four points from a possible six in The Lions' opening games, the manager is reluctant to rest on his laurels and hs targeted a number of Premiership players, including Blackburn Rovers' Paul Gallagher.

"We are speaking to a couple of Premier League players," he revealed. "And I think we have a decent chance of bringing them in.

"The board have been very supportive, but if someone leaves us and we get money in, it makes a difference."
