The popular midfielder put pen to paper after enjoying a fantastic debut season in 2008/09, including scoring the goal that got The Lions to Wembley in the League One play-offs.
"Last year was great for me," the 25-year-old told the club's official website. "So it was an easy decision to extend my time at Millwall.
"I'm very happy here and there is a good spirit in the team."
